Francisco Barrios-Munoz, CPDT-KA
Francisco started his career in dog training after immigrating to the U.S. Previously, he was a physics teacher in Chile; he has spent extensive time traveling and living in Canada and Germany while working in different areas.
In the very beginning, Francisco worked in boarding and basic training while studying and learning about science-based techniques. He then moved to work in board-and-trains, specializing in reactivity and aggression, managing the board-and-train program and the boarding facility, and running classes for reactive dogs.
Francisco is currently a certified dog trainer; along with managing the board-and-train program and the boarding facility at K9 Turbo Training, he also provides in-home consults, reactive classes, and educational and consulting programs.
In his free time, Francisco likes to watch David Attenbourough documentaries and movies with his wife, read, learn languages, run, and play soccer.
