Important Notes: 

 

1. You must have attended the conference to qualify for CE. Once we receive your submission, we will verify your ticket purchase prior to awarding credit.

2. Veterinary professionals should fill out the surveys under "RACE CREDITS". Trainers and Behavior Consultants should fill out their surveys under "CEUs FOR TRAINERS". 

 

3. You must fill out one form for each session that you would like to receive CE for. 

 

4. Your answers are to prove that you watched and understand the content in each session. Please answer thoroughly, otherwise you may not receive credit for this session.
